Fit HIIT & Core – This class is designed for anyone who is looking for a quick intense body workout incorporated with a core conditioning component. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is an all body workout that consists mainly of bodyweight exercises and cardio using timed intervals. The core component will help improve posture, flexibility and abdominal firmness.
Spartan Sprint 2016 – complete! What an amazing group of people. 4 people from my team, the “Jumpstartan’s”, were in the top 100 athletes. Wow! Feeling very proud.
My personal accomplishments were; beating my time from last year, coming 8th in my age group and climbing the rope at the end. We worked hard and it paid off. Aroo!

When is it? Saturday, June 4th, 2016.
Why would you do this? Because it’s important to have a fitness goal. It’s important to challenge yourself. It’s important to face your fears but most of all because it’s a lot of fun!!
Pricing and what’s included:
- Race only $70 + taxes less team discount* (Race fee until March 6th)
- Team Training $150 + gst (Includes 10 x 1hr outdoor sessions + team shirt) * Limited spots available. Drop in price $20/session.
- Nutrition $37 (Includes weekly recipes, meal plan, shopping lists, nutritional info as well as pre/post workout tips). BONUS – If you register for the nutrition package you will also receive the Transform 30 Detoxprogram (with the option to purchase whole food supplements).
Note: Team training and nutrition will be billed separately.

Saturday, September 26th, 2015 in Whistler, BC.
5-7 mile (8-11km) run with 12-15 obstacles.
I will be offering a 10 week Training session for $170 pp (not incl. race registration). This will include 10 – 1 hour outdoor training sessions, weekly emails and a shirt. Classes will be at 7:30pm at various locations on the North Shore.
Training started Thursday, July 16th (price will be pro-rated).
