What? Spartan Race 2015
Where? Mt. Seymour (5k, 15 obstacles)
When? Saturday, June 6th, 2015.
Why? Because it’s important to have a fitness goal. It’s important to challenge yourself. It’s important to face your fears but most of all because it’s going to be fun!!

If you’re interested in training for the race. I will be offering a Training and Nutritional package. This will include 10 – 1 hour outdoor training sessions, weekly nutritional information, recipes and pre and post race nutritional information.
Training will start Sunday, March 29th. Classes will be at 9:30am at various locations on the North Shore.
